I would hope that it would create a more compassionate society , one where we are more in touch with our roots and at one with nature. But, humans are kind of dicks and abuse everything we touch so I doubt that would last. Certain individuals with a lust for power would abuse it, escapists with a fear of living in reality would abuse it, charlatans and their fake spirituality would abuse it's users. Some people would gain great insights and live more meaningful lives. More or less what's happening today, only on a more widespread level. At the very least, I'd hope we don't start believing in strange gods and sacrificing children so we can get a spot of rain.
