What to do if you're allergic to all types of T shots (and also has that ever happened to anyone before)?

! Oh wow, maybe I'm just having super nasty local reactions....... with the cottonseed based shots, they were getting significantly worse with each shot, though (and started lasting up to a full week by the end). I'm not sure if that's going to happen again with these sesame based shots, or if taking some of these suggestions will help, but I'm definitely gonna try them. At least, the ones I haven't tried already (I always have the medicine at room temp, taking benadryl didn't help, I always switch between legs, ect).

I..... honestly don't know what exactly I'm gonna do if none of the suggestions here help and my reactions get progressively worse again, since the clinic/doctor I go to has apparently never dealt with anyone like me before, but I'll cross that road when I get to it. Honestly, thank you so much for the information,,,,
