At what IQ would you consider someone intelligent?

I think intelligence is ability to interprete the world in an uncommon but simple way while distancing yourself from the era you live in. Intelligent people are unbiased, objective observers and uneasy in nature. For instance, in day and age while everybody listens to shitty mumble rap, not catching up in all the hype and continue listening what you think is the good music is sign of intellect. For intelligent people being right > being happy. Intelligence rarely doesn't come with struggle. If you wanna find the intelligent one ask them what bothers them the most. What you describe is more like figuring out the life, playing your cards accordingly and getting the best possible outcome.
