What is Islamaphobia?

Do you seriously think Islam is taught from a neutral perspective in those schools and that any elements that might introduce skepticism of religion are taught?

That's irrelevant to the discussion.

That's just looking at Muslims in Muslim majority countries, Muslims in the West don't attend schools and what they usually know about Islam is based on what they're told by others.

Guess what , in the "west" the first generation to arrive there were Immigrants, and came from islamic countries and have attended schools that teaches the cult, hmmmm i can't imagine what these people will teach their kids . And surprise surprise, many muslim parents send their kids to islamic schools, do some search on the topic and you'll find couple of documentaries about the topic. Might seem irrelevant, but i myself had interacted with the muslim community in Europe, and let me tell you that they don't seem very "westernized" .
