What kind of bike is this?

Was in the car with my boyfriend driving two days ago on I think Fitzwater (maybe Catherine), which is one-way heading East, and we were stopped at a stop sign for the briefest of seconds because he knows how to drive here. Not fast enough, apparently! Someone came up from behind us, never slowing down AT ALL, SQUEAKED past us to the left (again, one-way - he only fit because there was no car parked there) and swerved back in front of us without even stopping to check for oncoming traffic. I was appalled. Boyfriend barely reacted because he drives here all the time.

I've lived here for a long time and sometimes I really hate this place. The hate is usually transport-related. I'm so afraid of the subway after years of accumulated bullshit that I'm trying to get my motorcycle license for some basic commuting, but after witnessing the above I don't know if I want that either.
