What kind of miles are you all putting down?

I used to do 3500-3800 a week in a 68 governed truck. I burned out after about 9 months. Now I'm in a nicer truck with a consistent route (not dedicated, but basically the same 3-4 shippers and receivers) between Salt Lake area and Phoenix area. So same trip back and forth. I do between 3000 and 3300 a week. I go out for about 8 days then take 2 full days off. Oh and my appointments are at normal hours for now I run, allowing me to keep a consistent sleep schedule. Basically everything is better than the last job and it's a bit more money too.

I make about 70k a year with 1.5 years OTR experience. There are better paying jobs out there but I'm happy right now.

I don't really look at it as how many miles per day I drive because of the nature of my run. For example, my first day out I'll pick up a load near home and drive down and thru salt lake city then stop about 2 hours south of there. Normally about 375 miles on day 1. Then the next day I do 590-600 miles as I like to park close to the receiver in Phoenix area. Then I wake up, deliver, go to next pickup, sometimes I have time so I run over to fuel up and shower/eat or take a nap. Then pick up and run up to White Hills AZ, that makes that day long as I may deliver at 5am and get to White Hills at 7pm but I've only driven 250 miles that day. Then the next day I'll run back up to SLC, deliver, and then normally have a preloaded to pick up the next morning.
