What kind of skills are you using for your main quest?

The RNG granted me with higher than average caps on many of the stats typically correlated with a high endgame score, however I got hit with a completely debilitating chronic fatigue permanent modifier about 20 game years in...I just assume it's the RNG taking back what was lost.

So that said, I have a decent profession in a skilled field, however I think my ongoing contempt for how the game ended up lowers my charisma stat which doesn't lend itself to success in an office-based arena or a personal relationship quest line either. When you have to spend 12-14 hours a day recharging your character you get hit with all kinds of other interaction and damage penalties as well.

Obviously quest goal number one in this playthrough is to see if there is a way to remove the permanent fatigue modifier. Medical shokeepers have some options for temporary relief but nothing that will cure it permanently so far. I am also told that given enough exercise, the modifier can be reduced by 30% or so.

In the meantime I am playing the hand I was dealt. I have no illusions about a solve for the fatigue drain issue during my player's lifetime, however I remain generally optimistic because I am still able to have a limited number of people on my friends list, can still work a normal day under normal conditions (usually), and my job is moderatly challenging, and rewarding, although it wasn't the profession I selected at the start of the game so I'm not specced optimally, but my other stats not impacted by the fatigue drain help me to make up the difference.
