What was the "last straw" that led you to leave your job for a new one?

Boss was at the company I want to say a year and a half when I was there for 4. I had the best accuracy out of the entire department. She started to watch me for errors like she wanted me to trip up and CC me on emails of her asking her boss if certain things I were doing were correct. I was correct and she looked like a moron, but I knew she had it out for me. Lucky for me I document everything and CYA as a general rule in life. She'd hover over my desk constantly and give me twice the amount of work of my peers. She told someone else her first day of work she cried (I trained her) because I was "so good at my job" and didn't feel she would measure up. She would violate labor laws and ethics and got mad at ME because I told her it was not right. Because of all of this, I put in a 2 weeks. On my last day, a customer threatened me so I reported it as we were supposed to. She emailed me back asking why I "was getting a lot of these lately." I got so upset I just ghosted and left. God, I hated her so much. It took a year after that for the company to pressure her to leave.
