The transdermal patches come prescribed as high as 75 mcpg. 24 hours × 75 mcgph(PerHour) is 1800mcg of fentanyl per day. 1800 to 2000 WOULD NOT CALL AN OPIATE EXPERIENCED PATIENT. That is literally the only point I was trying to make.
