What I look like when I wake up (f/21)

At one point I used to have panic attacks just being out in public, I don't think magnesium helps that much with that.

I'm not so sure about that, I think you just didn't have enough ,, you just need to up the dose to around 1000mgs -- like trying to get drunk on one small beer, it just aint gonna happen, even though it's alcohol, it's not enough to have "the desired effect" ,, it's the same here with Mg, a large 'bolus dose' does the trick.

If I know I'm going to be encountering a stressful situation/person, I'll also take it a few hours before as a 'preventative measure' and that works well.

I take a mixture of Mg oxides and chelates, the salts give you the shits! You NEED some vitamin B6 with it to help your body metabolize it properly, although most supps include some as pyroxidine

And I also take it for cramps and again, why did NOBODY EVER mention the stuff when I complained about the cramps? I'm talking about numerous (so called) doctors were FAR more ready to Rx me all sorts of strong drugs to "help stop your cramps" BUT NOT ONE suggested taking 'extra magnesium'

Like I said, the stuff has changed my Life . . . which is why I'm kind of passionate about it, but I'm passionate about everything I do in my Life ... how else is there to live?
