What luxuries do you indulge in?

It depends on what you like. Its all a matter of trying a few, and in my experience cheese stores welcome sampling. I love spending time talking to cheese mongers because local cheeses are seasonal and regional, every little change can make a difference in flavor. One of my most favorite cheeses was a hard goat cheese with lavender flower ground up throughout, and it was aged in coffee grounds. I also love epoisses cheese but again, not all epoisses is created equal, and your taste buds effect which ones you will like. have to try a few and ask for the monger’s advice to get a good one. I love pecorino romano dipped in honey, and good parmesiano reggiano paired with pears.
