A group of friends that were really fun to hang out with were actually two-faced bitches.

There was one girl in particular they didn't like, and would always talk smack about her behind her back yet act all nice and friendly to her in her face. I didn't notice this until a few months into our friendship- they were progressively getting more and more overt about bashing her.

We decided to meet up during a long weekend, and they begged me not to invite the girl over (we were in the same class and I had kept her updated about the meet-up); I was so pissed off that they put me in that position.

I wasn't sure if I should invite her and let the drama unfold or not invite her. I ended up going with the latter- I didn't tell her where the meet-up was and I ended up not going myself. I let the group know what I thought of them before cutting off ties.

I still ended up losing my friendship with the one girl though. She was pretty hurt that I didn't invite her to the meet-up and was crushed when I told her what the group thought of her.

Sometimes being honest doesn't work. SIGH. Pretty sad I lost that one friend because of a group of petty girls.
