I'm never a dickhead to retail workers, but I've recently noticed the retail workers being complete dickheads to me.

Like for example I was at lowes, I needed some pieces of wood cut to length and they do it for free there as part of their service.

So I get the wood and press the little button on the side to call an attendant. Nothing, so I wait there for a while, check my time and it's been 25min since I pressee the button. So I press it again, within minutes a guy comes, looks right at me, presses the button to turn off the in store announcement, and just walks the fuck away without saying a word, figured he knew and he'd finish up whatever he was doing and come back to help me, but nope, nothing sat there for a total of an hour and not a single person came back. I only have 1 day off and I bust my ass at work, I gota time my days off pretty carefully to get my personal shit done, and that fucker wasted a shitload of my time off waiting on his ass to never come do his fucking job.

Same shit everywhere I go now it seems, fucking workers act like they are doing me a favor or something for doing the things they get paid to, regardless of the amount they get paid, they still should do that task or go find a job that pays more.

I worked retail, and I worked my fucking ass off when I did for barely a paycheck, but I made it count, used it to get the skills I needed to get where I'm at now. Not once did I ignore someone that I was getting paid to help, just seemed fucked up to not actually earn the money I was getting paid for, even the little amount I did get.

I've never gone off or treated any retail worker with disrespect, because I know how it is, but fuck man, they are really pushing me to the edge with thier blatant laziness and disrespect, I didn't put you there in that position, why the fuck are you taking it out on me, I really feel myself slipping and I'm real close to just going the fuck off on someone.
