What makes you people happy?

i haven't played this game but i agree it looks great and sounds great and all that from what i've seen. i'm sure the developers did a good job on battlefront 2. but you've completely missed my point and it's not a hard idea to grasp. this is a general argument against microtransactions and not necessarily directed right at Battlefront 2 but they're certainly included - try to follow along: developers and publishers prior to the microtransaction money grab had to focus all their talent and resources in creating the best game possible. that's how they generated great initial sales and maintained a player base throughout the games lifecycle. they relied on the quality of their product. if they didn't release a great polished product there's a good chance there's not making as much money as they could have. now, with the microtransaction world, they don't need to ensure their product is the best it can be. now they can skip vital Q/A testing sessions to clean up the bugs and maybe not create those extra few maps they had on the backburner because who gives a shit they're going to make a killing off the dumdums. all i'm saying is i want the best game/product possible. i want them to want to work hard to earn my money rather than just throwing together some progression based or cosmetic MT's to get paid instead.
