What I mean when I say I'm genderless

In the sense that you can exercise your declination of the labels that may consequently bind you to the associations of said labels, (like how labeling yourself an Anarchist may pressure or lead you to subscribe to other thought processes involving anti-ableism sentiments), yes you can claim genderless in your being a creative nothing, but that doesn't necessarily deny that who you are can be placed on a spectrum based on general norms, and behaviors that ensue as a result of those norms, that you exhibit. I read the article, and I agreed with the sentiment. I'm a huge fan of the quote from Søren Kierkegaard, "When you lable me, you negate me." but that only applies insofar that, let's say you're very conservative/ Catholic, someone claiming liberal would automatically muster the conservatives disdain for the person, blinding himself to the possibilities and wisdom the liberal could offer solely for his political position, a label. Gender is widely accepted as such a broad term now that, aside from women still having a bit of a hard time in the workforce now, that's it's not really as binding or restrictive of a label as liberal. Granted, this is coming from your cliché straight white dude, so maybe I just can't wrap my mind around it. I'm someone who likes to label myself. I identify myself through the perceptions of others, being a fan of the quote, "To be is to be perceived." If you look at my bio, it's literally a series of labels -ᄒᴥᄒ- and part of that stems from identity issues I used to have and still continue to occasionally have now. Having them provides me comfort through their solidity. But even though I do label myself, I'm not necessarily tied down by them. I haven't nor do I change myself at all to encompass a certain label unless it's for the better. I was basically right wing with my anti-PC and anti-ableism sentiments prior to becoming an Anarchist so... Idk
