What is the meanest thing you've done to another person?

My brother did this sort of shit. His usual routine when he came home from school would to come running to me and make loud screeching sounds to annoy me. He'd then demand that I hand over whatever I was doing. The remote to the tv, or the controller to whatever video game I was playing. If I refused, he would then run to my parents, with eyes full of crocodile tears, and lie and claim that I hit him, and had done so for "no reason".

He was the baby of the family, so between that, and the fact that he was a popular jock compared to my introverted closeted gay nerd self, he had my parents wrapped around his finger. So, naturally, my parents wouldn't believe me when I'd defend myself, and I'd be grounded. He'd be standing there smiling with a shit eating grin on his face knowing he got exactly what he wanted.

Because of this, growing up, my entire extended family and network of family friends viewed me as a bully, and treated me as one, because I was always apparently beating up my little brother, who was (and still is) a charming kid, always smiling, and full of jokes. Only he and I know the truth - that I never once beat him up, I simply did everything I could to avoid the kid because he was (and still is) a manipulative little shit. He just loved to torment me, and he got off on getting away with it.

Even today in our 30s, he still delights in pissing me off. For example, one Christmas I was visiting our parents, and I was watching TV. He came into the room, and sat directly in front of the TV, blocking my view. I asked him to please move because I couldn't see it, and he just turned to me with that shit eating grin on his face, and stayed there until he grew bored of it. Nothing of course that would really warrant a reaction from me, but enough that if I told anyone else in my family what he did, they wouldn't believe me because I was "always lying" about him, and why would he ever do that.

And our parents wonder why I still don't want a relationship with him.
