What is the most computer illiterate thing you have witnessed?

I regularly get called by my aunt to "help" her with issues on her laptop. She happens to have computer and tech related degrees, but she does not understand computers at all. Since the start of this year I have probably spent close to 50 hours helping her, and last year I spent around 150 hours. Mind you I live quite a ways away from her, so I use remote connection programs while talking over Skype or the phone to help her. Because she is family, I don't really expect any sort of compensation, but I routinely have to help her, frequently with things I don't know about, and the closest thing to a thanks I received was along the lines of thanking God...

It's worth noting that I am not even particularly good with computers. I read and try to learn new things every so often, but I have had no formal class for computers. What's also kind of upsetting is that if I don't help her, or ignore a phone call, my parents get on me for not helping.

While there is not a single most computer illiterate thing I have witnessed with her do, there have been several mind-numbing occasions. One of those being that she managed to delete all Microsoft applications and files (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, etc.) without knowing how she did it, and somehow she had disabled any backup features on her computer. Most of the issues she experiences, that I have seen, are a result of her clicking around and trying to modify things until something happens.
