What is the most First World problem you've had or have seen someone have?

My younger brother (13) has a lot of first world problems, my family was poor but by the time he was born dad started making a lot more money so he has never really been told no. Like they wont buy him a jet or a golden iphone but imo hes way too spoiled.

He spent 2 months in europe on holiday (with family) but legitimately became depressed when he got back. He was in tears every day for weeks, he stopped going to school and spent all his time on his brand new mac laptop playing games and eating junk food. My parents were very worried (not mad or disappointed) so they got him a private teacher so he wouldn't have to go to school. He never has to lift a finger and he calls anyone who gives him any constructive criticism insensitive and leaves the conversation.
