What is the most graphic scene in a book that you have read?

Well, i guess this is a very specific one from a very underground author that almost nobody outside de spanish-speaker world knows, in fact i think that he is not even translated but if you can read spanish you should definetly check it out. Im talking of Osvaldo Lamborghini, a very obscure argentine writer of the XXth century, his texts are full of profane and even obscene images, which mix a high literary culture with macabre fixations typical of psychoanalytic analysis, that makes it an author quite difficult to read without feeling disgust of the scenes that he is describing, even Bolaño once said that he could not read more than two pages of Lamborghini without being scared. For example, in his most famous text, called 'El Fiord' (which was an allegory of the political situation of Argentina in those years) the very first scene show us nothing less than a rape to a woman while she is giving birth a baby. Seriously, very disgusting shit.
