What is the most horrifying fact you know?

I like to think of our universe as a living cell. When a cell multiplies, a new one just kind of pops into place, kind of like how our universe popped into place following the big bang. The hypothesis of multiple universes would make sense in this scenario if we think of the big bang as a type of mitosis. Information is gathered in an undefined part of the cell and when enough is accumulated, it multiplies by creating a big bang in an alternate universe, hence a second cell is born and so forth. Why should this process be limited to biology? It could very well be the process in which everything grows, including the number of universes. Your statement would still make sense in this scenario given the fact that cells in all living beings are constantly replaced, hence skin flakes and other such cellular replacements\refreshments. The universe expands until it is replaced. It's not too far fetched to think of the universe as 'alive'. Do the black holes really evaporate or are they just the starting platform for a new universe? After all, they are so dense that nothing can escape, not even time. Time stops at a certain point within the black hole. Therefore it could make sense that it begins again beyond the black hole, following another big bang (mitosis) once the point is reached when the universe cant hold all that information anymore. I've been meaning to throw this out there for a while now. Hopefully an entertaining thought if nothing else.
