When I appealed because I was dealing with addiction (something theyre supposed to help you deal with rather than kicking you to the curb) the case got sent to a facility manager from two states away who had no clue about the situation or any care for the situation. He was filling in for a week while our manager was on vacation. Fuck that company hard. Anyone with half a brain that could follow company procedure properly would have been able to help. Instead the company functioned as well as giving power to a five year old kid.
