What do most Moroccans identify their race as?

If you mention the US, any Moroccan with a deep enough skin tone and curly enough hair will be considered Black (speaking on the case of my father).

Of course, in the case of Morocco, it isn't that simple. We have Moroccans with white skin dark eyes and dark, kinky hair, and we have Moroccans with dark skin, and dark straight hair, and light eyes. We have Moroccans with all dark features, and we have Moroccans with all light features.

In my own family, my mother is very light skinned ("White") with poofy black hair (born blonde), and her sister has a distinctly darker complexion with smooth, straight hair.

My father is of medium dark complexion with kinky dark hair and somewhat medium brown eyes; his own father was of darker complexion, kinky hair, and grey eyes. (In the US, my father is considered "Black," in his experience)

Tho, like others have said, it's not anything of importance to us, this idea of race. All the features we've mentioned are present is a relatively homogenous (overall) genepool, without invoking any surrounding modern populations (yes, I'm talking about "looking European," or going even a step further and assuming European lineage, which is much more complicated than that)
