What was the most physically painful moment of your life?

It has been a recurring problem for me for the past 2 years. Usually every 3-4 months I have to go spend the night on morphine. It was only 2 weeks ago my consultant phoned me, explaining about the calcium oxate. So I'm hoping the issue will go, with a steady intake of calcium & cheese.

I'm a brit who can't stand tea or coffee, but also work stupid long hours at an autistic unit supporting those who need me. Needing the energy I turned to carbonated caffeine drinks. Which was about 7 years ago. This is why I have had this issue. No small amounts of milk in my drinks. And I've never been big on cheese.

I'm a meat and bread type of dude.... Nicknamed King Gout for a reason.
