What moves do you think Dorion needs to make (or needs NOT to make) for this offseason to be considered a success?

Last season was all about acquiring vets to help implement discipline and culture for the team and to allow them to bring up a few young guys at a time and maintain that environment. Now that all that has been established the next step is seeing what they actually have with those young guys so they know where the holes in the roster that need to be filled are. I think basically the whole forward core has been established (and then some), but I would be surprised if JBD is ready to be a good top 4 guy right away. I’d like it if they signed Larsson or savard for a short term deal to hold them over until then, but it might not be necessary if he looks really good
