Bill Clinton lied under oath. Congress was right to consider that obstruction of justice.

That being said, Clinton lied about an inquiry into his sex life, which had no bearing on the investigation that preceded those hearings. Trump, by contrast, attempted to thwart investigations into whether or not his campaign coordinated efforts with a semi-hostile foreign power to disrupt our democratic elections. Legally, no difference. Politically, morally, or otherwise? Huge difference.
