Cool man! That's a very ubiquitous and easy shape to have varying styles right?

I've not got any super up to date photos of how my hair usually looks after a fresh cut.

here is the only photo I have of my hair taken close to being cut. This is from the back. I always have issues with every Barber I've been to regarding my crown - you see that weird strand dangling. This is usually because I style and ask for my hair to be cut in the opposing direction to its natural flow as I find it easier to style that way. I'm debating going back the other way and just trying to learn how to style it that way in hopes of erasing this crown issue.

here is the photo I usually show my barber before my cut and here, here and here are the three contenders for my new picture to show. I quite like the first as it feels more rugged and more natural to style which may help my crown issue and remove the need to have it cut in a certain way. The other two are very similar, but I feel slightly better in quality to the picture I already show.

I'm currently in the process of growing out my beard which is something I'm not sure I'm going to keep, I'm just seeing how it goes. Any suggestions for potential styles? (I'm currently ~3 weeks in, so still got a little while of natural growth before I shake it yet).
