So what national emergencies should the next President declare?

As stupid and wrong as you may find them nothing, in either the original comment or mine constitutes an appeal to emotion fallacy.

You don't know what false equivocation is.

Like I'm not typically one to go all FALLACY MAN out here,

You literally are.

but your comment was such a blatantly egregious example of false equivocation it wouldn't surprise me if something very close to it is used as an an undisputable paradigm case of it in some works of basic practical reasoning.

Code for "I can't define false equivocation but I think if I quote enough fallacies that I can win something, even though that's a fallacy itself".

No one here has posited themselves any sort arbitrary moral arbiter.

You're the one who said there's definition to calling abortion murder outside the law; that's a moral declaration. Morals come from somewhere, and in light of the lack of any other presence to speak of, that leaves you arguing as the arbiter.

But I don't recognize your authority, and I don't have to. The Supreme Court, Constitution, and DOJ have more collectively agreed upon authority than you do.
