Ellerslie/Walker area

Pros: I have a newer house on a large lot that was relatively cheap Easy Access to the Henday/highway 2 I get to see coyotes kill rabbits on a surprisingly frequent basis Not tons on rental housing so property upkeep is generally higher

Cons: Driving to central Edmonton is a pain in the ass All the houses are identical the only thing within a 10 minute walk of my house is more houses so having a car is needed I've never used to bus in my area but i assume it sucks since it services a large area with 1 route

Its definitely not for everyone but i need a car for work anyway and homes in my price range in mature areas required a lot more work than the one i bought.
