What do you think of NL independence from Canada?

As a Newfoundlander, I like to take risks. I feel optimistic on the outcome of independence. Our sense of nationalistic pride has not diminished since confederation. If another referendum came forth, the results would not be much different than the first that occurred in 1948. As a matter of fact, independence- or responsible govt. won in the first referendum against confederation with Can. and return to commission of govt. Even in the second, joining confederation barely won against responsible govt.. The person who made this poll, for example, was probably hoping for "NL independence" to be the victor. With how Canada has treated their new province in recent years whether fair or unfair... In due time, I believe, our need for independence will out-weigh any other option and therefore become reality.
