What is that one simple change in your life that gave incredibly great results?

I've found that many people with problems of procrastination (including me) are actually very impulsive people. And they're trying to over-plan and over-analyze the mundane tasks of normal life in order to fight back against the potential for their forgetfulness or impulsivity to complicate their lives. "I need to clean my car, ok how long with this be, etc."

I've always struggled with this, but I've come to the conclusion that whatever I'm putting off is "no big deal." Not that it's easy for me to accomplish what I'm trying to do or need to do. I was just stuck in a rut of making everything into some epic situation to be debated, planned, and analyzed. Sometimes nothing can be done perfectly and it just needs to be started and before you know it, it's done and done pretty well. I've always loved Facebook's notorious office wall quote, "Done is better than perfect."
