My mom who is filipina, a devout evangelical, would say that to me growing up that "you need re-rededicate your life to the Lord" as if that is something that can be done multiple times. Or with christians in general "struggling" with sin which ultimately exposes the farce that is the holy spirit and the "finished work" of Christ on the cross. The christian gospel doesn't free you from sin, it shackles you to it for committing a non-offence to a non-being, i.e., there is no sin.

All you need to do is look at the divorce rate among American evangelicals not to mention the sex scandals that are part and parcel of the christian church.

Their jewish cult leader, false prophet was thrown in a ditch with the other refuse by Rome and he's not saving shit. Christians need to work out the wickedness in their own hearts because that is ultimately all who can.
