What part of Reddit culture annoys you?

The entire concept of hating people for reposting. People flip the fuck out if somebody post something that has already been seen before. The entire upvote and downvote system works well enough for me. If people like something they upvote it. Not everybody is on red it every single day. Just because you have already seen something doesn't mean that the tens of thousands of other people have already seen it.

This bleeds into the whole Karma whoring accusations. People on Reddit love to scream and point out how karma is worthless. Yet when somebody post something that they believe to be a lie they flip the fuck out because the user is getting Karma? I've been hit with a few downvote brigades in my day for the stupidest reasons. One of them I can sort of understand but the others were pretty fickle. There was actually over 300 different Reddit users or different accounts that went through my post history and downvoted hundreds of my comments or posts because they just assumed that I was lying. Over 300 people actually went out of their way to go down vote my post that were not pertaining to the current situation. One time I reposted my own original content. It was over a year apart and people still flipped the fuck out because it was a repost. If it's making the front page it's because people enjoy it so just leave it the fuck alone if you've already seen it before. It doesn't make you any cooler or better if you've already seen something. Downvote and move on if you have seen it before. I just don't understand how it gets people so hangry if they have already seen something before.
