Religion/spirituality. I mean, yeah, there’s a good chance all organized religion is complete and total BS, but what if...just what if it’s not? Religions such as Christianity preach that those who die without accepting Christ will burn in hell for eternity. Think about that—eternity. Not a million years, not a billion years, forever. No end.

There has to be some sort of ultimate truth out there, whether it’s atheism, Christianity, a different religion, or some brand of spirituality not even known to us yet. But if there is a God and this God, like Christians claim, will damn everyone who dies without accepting them, then all I can say is we’d better fucking start searching for answers. If atheists are right then we die and will never know any differently. But if theists are correct, then we’d better start searching for the truth without delay. While we still have time. After all, the fate of our souls just might be at stake.
