What percent of men do you think lie about their height?

- Only time I seen men lie about their height is during semi annual height weight ins. ( Us Military Training Chief - USMC retired )
There is a dumb chart, with "magical " numbers, that somewhere down in the stone ages, said if a person male or female, was a certain height, weight , sex, and age, the ideal healthy weight was " such n such" all good for lanky skinny dudes likes, me, but for healthy dedicated body builders, or naturally healthy but thick peeps.. ya go to the tape measure.. then you hope for a HUGE neck to throw off said measurements.. Lots of really large people I knew, who could move mountains twice over, were considered fat from those numbers.. (shame)

I was the Chief Training guy and got real good at just telling heights.. and real good at telling weight and measurements.. after a few years of a few thousand times.. not cool, because if ya said it wrong or loud, u can find urself a very hated man.. even if u were just hollering out measurements ( of a lady ) to the guy holding the chart... errr.. i learned quickly - Do Not Holler A woman's Weight ..never ever ever ever ever.. ever.. never

Our rulers, scales, and tapes honestly had to be certified via National Institute of Standards and Technology , Every large Base had a Shop designed for this - DoD - with NASA accuracy to ensure all documentation was in the benefit of the individual - paperwork to prove it too. a lot of people become legal experts when their career is on the line...but cant find way to use social media the right way or drink responsible..

Lots of discharges and negative paperwork - saved a lot peoples' careers when they ( Legal department for military) found out a training Chief was half hazardly using an old scale not verified annually by the DoD - Weights n measures..
man.. thanx for the terrible memories - LMAO - but at least I knew, when someone was measured a specific height and weight - it was 99% accurate.. got good a guessing close.. used to be at bar with buddies and could win some drinks from it.. now at my time in life- glad i dont have those issues no more..
