What pisses you off the most on the internet nowadays?

Internet anonymity and the trolls along with it.

Internet anonymity is a necessity, it has a really important paper in freedom of speech and argumentation, as it obligates you to analyze an argument based on its content and not on the characteristics of the person making it.

At the same time anonymity is a gift in places ( social or digital ) where your ideas are not welcome or well received as it permits controversial ideas to be listened and to spread without repercussions for the original author. This a reason why great authors in the past, who where fighting against what they perceived as an injustices, preferred to publish their ideas anonymously.

Never underestimate the importance of such powerful tool in the world. A big number of the great social changes in the world started with a group of people who joined secretively and anonymously to discuss their ideas.

have his/her identity revealed after enough reports, I'm pretty sure trolling and flaming would go down to zero.

This may be anecdotal but Facebook has not be a deterrent for trolling neither flaming. I've seen people make comments that could be considered "trolling" with their names and photos attached to it.
