What place that you visited was the biggest disappointment?

I was there this summer and despite being young (20) i still didn't really enjoy it. I like partying here and there but when you're out past 11pm and all you see are people puking and peeing on the streets, foreigners aggressively hitting on Hungarian girls and cliquey stag parties it gets old really fast. Hungarians also left a bit of a bad taste too and I felt like wherever I was they didn't want me there. I like to eat at sit down restaurants once or twice while i'm in a country too, and one time I gave him the equivalent of ~€7 more than the meal so I can get my change and he just thanked me and initially walked away as if I was giving him all of that as a tip. The other time as the bill came the waiter told me that "yknow service isn't included in the price in Hungary", which also feels mirky and definitely doesn't make me want to leave a tip. I don't know, I guess you're to expect that when you're in a city like that and you're just another one of the millions of tourists.
