Don't necessarily agree with your "team as a whole" point - Bournemouth didn't actually have a good season on the whole (though they did have a great start) - but Fraser and Wilson delivered some returns even when the team was struggling.

Leicester, Everton and West Ham all have potential for really good seasons, and the likes of Perez and Lanzini could be great options (and cheaper than their teams other attacking starters) - but even then, they're both 6.5. Jim and Fraser both started at 5.5...

So will there be any standouts at that price? Up front, almost certainly not. In midfield? Probably not to the level of Fraser, but Robinson and McGinn might be the best bets for cheap options who could potentially score ~150 points
