At what point do you tend to call 911 when your neighbors are crying and fighting?

You’re saying it’s his job so he can’t possibly be mistaken? You have some serious faith in your friend thinking they could never possibly be wrong about anything.

I interact with law enforcement far more than the average citizen as I stop to film them when they are engaging with other citizens for everybody’s safety. (Traffic stops, calls for service, etc). I also engage in photography in my free time and people don’t like cameras so I’ve had the cops called on me several times for doing nothing wrong. The police always show up because it’s a call for service. They know it’s legal to film or shoot pictures in public, but they have to respond anyways.
