What have you predicted, that came true? Did people believe you beforehand or afterwards?

Last year my dad starting dating someone (we’ll call D) and at first I liked her but for whatever reason I began to act cold and distant toward her. Fast forward to the night of when they announced their engagement, me and my sister were in our room and I can’t find something that I made in kindergarten that I was going to show my friend and can’t find it. Early that month our dad took away some full shelves in our room as punishment for not cleaning our room. So I start to think “Why would he suddenly take them now when he’s been bugging us for years”(we clean but it got messy again and he only saw when it was messy) Then it dawned on me it was D she told him to do this and then I started to think back to every moment I saw them together she would always whisper in his ear then he would do something. Like one time I asked for a Halloween costume and he said yes but then D whispered something about and then he told me no. So I start thinking she’s a crazy puppet master while I’m on the floor of where the missing shelves are in a ball crying and ranting like I’m insane. My sister looks at me confused and just shrugged it off. We get called to dinner and we’ll they announce they’re engaged I ran upstairs and called my mom and then my dad comes upstairs and tries to talk to me but what said did not make me feel better at all so ask him to leave and continue to cry. My sister comes upstairs with a slice of garlic bread (that was our tradition when one of us didn’t dinner) and we talked about it. Fast forward again I get home from school and my dad says “have a seat” he explains that they got a divorce because she hit him in an argument (my dad is a no nonsense kind of guy) and I was right. Fast forward again my grandparents are in town, my sister and I are in our room and my sister pauses her video and says “I think they’re talking about D” so ease drop and find out she was trying to get pregnant so my dad wouldn’t leave her and she was broke and trying to take his money. So I was right several months later I learned I shouldn’t have trusted her at all
