What is probably your most elitist viewpoint?

The fact that they are in such a high density area changes everything around them. Learned all of this in criminal justice. A majority of black families end up being near a centrally located school zone, making a lot of offenses that are usually minor, punishable by jail. The same crimes that had they been further away and less dense as most white families are, wouldn’t have gave them time behind bars.

Also sentencing DOES matter because a lot of people are repeat offenders! If you like stats so much, you know the longer you are in the system the more likely you are to go back.

FBI statistics only tell half of a broken story and are not reliable in the slightest. Some districts bluff reports to make quotas or don’t hand in cases at all. There was a significant case where this happened in New Jersey I believe.

No one race or type of person commits crime more than another simply because they look different dude.
