The penile Doppler exam went well (even though I don't get a full erection, which is when I notice the problem) and that is why I ignored the whole circulatory issue, but it is true that the glans grows a little in a varied way. Now I'm stopping trying for a while but I definitely have to keep an eye on the size of the glans and how it affects pleasure. Although I remember seeing the glans big and good engorgement but not feeling pleasure anyway :/
