Unrelated, but I used to work overnight call center at a bank. A bank that didn't advertise its call center was 24/7.

We were low volume. So we'd read books, socialize or what not in down time.

A day time manager was filling in for a week for our normal night manager.

The second shift started with her telling us we waste too much time and if we do not have enough call volume and want to read we can read the SOP.

All 6 of us working queued up the SOP to different printers and let it rip, spending our shift walking back and forth with reams of paper. She didn't notice because she was busy playing games on her cell phone or something

The third shift started with IT upstairs asking if something was wrong with the printers as 6 printers were showing they all printed the same exorbitant amount of pages the night before. 8,000 some odd pages.
