Machines. Technology in it's exponential expanse will easily be able to take care of these things. Let's say there isn't a job that a robot can perform. Which would you rather have, 30 minutes in a week (if a week) working together with other people in rotation to to said job? Or spend all week every week every year for 40-50 years spending 40 + hours a week working a job that you probably didn't initially want, a job that wasn't your dream, that you kinda had to take to pay the bills? Who will enforce laws? Anarchism can still have a police force, and we wouldn't have to worry about crime as much anyways as the incentives to abuse drugs to escape or steal from others would be gone
