What do you REALLY look for in a man?

Someone who doesn't want kids. If they already have some, whatever. But if we're talking what we look for in actual partners and not just dick appointments, that's probably my top one.

Someone with goals. No matter what stage you're at professionally, and no matter how much money you make, you should always set goals to achieve something further. Had my fair share of tech bros who think because they make six figures then they're done progressing professionally. Complacency is boring.

Someone who uses their privilege to better their community in some way and is vocal on the issues that are important to them. They don't necessarily have to align with my values exactly, but they need to be motivated to take action in some way for causes that don't directly benefit themselves.

Someone who is not intimidated by a partner in academia or with advanced degrees.

Kink compatibility and okay with some level of nonmonogamy.

Then the more regular ones - confidence and decisiveness, responsibility, humor, kindness, etc.
