What reasoning, if any, is there to not tell it like it is while describing Trump loyalists as cowards, hypocrites, cheaters, and fools?

When you start insulting someone (True or not) it cuts further communication.

As well, being more selective of your audience.
To avoid talking to cowards and hypocrites, approach Trump supporters who draft dodge are actually in armed forces. They are literally sacrificing themselves for their belief in Trump and his decisions with their lives.

Anyone else kind of falls under these categories:
- Wants money, regardless of how. Trump will bring the jobs back! We won't be poor anymore!
- Has an over inflated sense of superiority. God bless America! We are the best!
- Has a weakness to peer pressure. The entire town believes, if you don't they'll ruin your life
- Has fallen victim to fear. The media keeps telling us how horrible things are without him
- Value faith over evidence. It's easy to manipulate those of faith for your own gain, by just pretending to be what they are
- Pride before humility. Snowflake! *Doesn't care about how they are treating others, or how they look doing so*

And before ANYONE defends themselves.
I grew up in the south, I know how it be.
And it be how it do.
