What a reversal in body and mind

IF before but I never realized how tracking is important. 2 years ago I lost about 20 pounds and was happy with that. I gained some over covid but it wasn't too bad, under 10lbs. I wanted to get rid of that weight. I did that plus some and now with tracking this time, I have found power in it. I don't have a love hate relationship with food now. I used to love picking throughout the day never really ate breakfast, small lunch and dinner. Since the beginning this time I have tracked my fasts and weight. I really am not hungry most of the time, don't have the cravings I used to. I listen to my body. I used to avoid mirrors now I am happy to see ther progress in the mirror.
