Social construct just make no sense. I absolutely struggle to even understand how social constructs refering to physical things are even a thing. Sure I understand religion is a social construct, or politics for that matter. But skin color?

How tf can whiteness be determined by anything else than the wavelength of electromagnetic radiation bouncing off your skin? That's like saying you're 3 meters tall, but in the 'social construct' sense of length. This entire philosophy of social constructs shoehorned into concepts with a physical meaning is just absolutely bonkers.

But perhaps that's me, I think those drawn to exact sciences instead of social ones get the same vibes.
