What’s an unspoken rule that is universally accepted?

My best friend just bought me tickets to a Cowboys game on Thanksgiving cuz I was going to spend it alone. My daughter is going to her dad's and my boyfriend is going to Chicago to see his son at the naval base. She asked me if I wanted to go, told me the price of my ticket and said she'd pay for it and to send her the money. We use Zelle (our banks app) to send money back and forth, we live 5 hours away and we do this for gifts for each other's kiddos or when our kids are selling stuff for school or girl scouts.

Anyways I've sent her the price of the tickets 3 times now and she sends it back. She tells me she doesn't want it. I hate her. If she said she was going to pay for it I would have declined and she knew that. So she forced my hand. I hate this. They're a lot of money but I feel rude if I send it a 4th time.
