I had a laser pointer/pen in class and one of my friends wanted to play w the laser pointer part of it so he took it. He then proceeded to point it at another kid. The kid went to the teacher and ratted my friend out. The teacher asked for the laser and asked who does it belong to. My friend pointed to me and brought me to the principles office. The principle confiscated the laser and called the local police. The teacher and principle stopped the whole class to lecture me that it was illegal to have the laser in school (back in 08) and that she could charge me for a criminal offense. (Yeah okay charge a 12 year old kid) they put me in recess detention for a week
