I'm assuming you don't really pay attention to graffiti in the city. "cesy" and other people in the "bq" group are almost definitely a group of people that live in the mount pleasant area. It's probably a safe assumption that whoever writes "cesy" lives near main and king Edward because that's where the vast majority of his tags are. It's pretty clear that these people aren't "dregs" from the DTES. So yeah it's pretty bad opinion because it's not a bunch of homeless going around tagging small businesses in Mount Pleasant, it's people that live here. You need a bit of a reality check if you think that only homeless people commit small crimes like vandalism.
